What happens when you work with us?

Before you decide to work with us, you will probably first wish to make an informal enquiry about our services. We welcome such enquiries at any time and will be happy to answer any questions you have. Usually, our director, Adam Jacobs, will respond to your enquiries, but other members of staff will be happy to help if he’s unavailable when you get in touch. If you’d like to proceed, we can usually then send you a fixed-price quote.

If you wish to go ahead with the work once you’ve seen our quote, then your project will be assigned to an appropriate member of staff, who will be your main point of contact for the project from then on. In addition, Adam is always available if you have any concerns or particularly complex requirements as the project proceeds, and for lengthy projects, we will send you regular status reports.

We strive to be flexible and meet our clients requirements, so if you have any preferences about how we work together, please let us know when we start, and we will do everything we can to accommodate them.
