Introduction to medical writing course

This 1-day course is aimed at anyone interested in becoming a medical writer. It is also of interest to those who have to work with medical writers (eg CRAs, medical statisticians, data managers) and who would like to develop a better understanding of the medical writing process. Please note that the course is at an introductory level and is therefore not suitable for experienced medical writers.

Topics covered:

  • General overview of medical writing
  • Different medical writing environments
  • How to get started in medical writing
  • Good writing style

The course will next run on 26 February 2010, but is now full and we are no longer accepting registrations for that date. If you would like to be notified when we have a date for when the course will next run, please contact us. Don’t forget to book early to avoid disappointment.

If you are already an experienced medical writer and are looking for more advanced training in medical writing, we can highly recommend the courses run by the European Medical Writers Association.
