- Antivirus software updated hourly, all incoming and outgoing emails scanned automatically
- SOPs and staff training to ensure safe computing practices by all staff
- Regular preventive maintenance by local IT support company to prevent computer problems occurring
- Rapid emergency response from local IT support company in the rare event of any problems
